Canoa Quebrada
Considered the jewel in the crown of the East coast of Ceará, and the beach of Canoa Quebrada, which is internationally known, is in the municipal district of Aracati, 164Km from Fortaleza.
With sunshine all year round, this small fishing village with its delightful landscape, nestled between the dunes and the cliffs, is now a tourism center with an excellent hotel infrastructure.

The closest airport is Pinto Martins, in Fortaleza, 165 km from Canoa Quebrada.
By Car:
Canoa Quebrada is 165 km to the South of Fortaleza, capital of Ceará. Access is by the BR-116 and BR-304 freeways. Or you can follow the CE-040, passing the city of Cascavel. A few buses leave Fortaleza directly for Canoa. The alternative is to drive to Aracati, 9 km away, which has more buses coming from the capital. If you are coming from Natal, the BR 406 leads to the BR 304 before Mossoró.
